Just want to point out a few things... http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Ether_Renewal_(PvP) it only lasts 7 seconds. number 2. there would be no direct forms of healing and there's enough team with enchant removal... that said most teams also have some sort of a k/d it wont take them long to figure out that with the pressure of just 2 melee should make the e/mo's drop.
