Howdy! I was directed to this site by Eric "Noob Rit"! I had a little chat with him and he seems to think the world of you guys. Says y'all are a lot of fun! I've been playing GW2 since its release, and all of my friends who played no longer do. So it's been just me running around by myself doing dungeons and events by my lonesome. I have been looking for a guild to call home for quite some time. I love GW2, but I feel that the game is made to keep people too independent and too disconnected from each other. As much as I used to hate the idea of forced grouping in other games (like Everquest, where most of my fond MMO memories hail from), I kind of miss it. I miss getting to know people. Groups these days seem like the casual encounters section of craigslist. Group up for 30 min to do a dungeon, never see them or hear from them again, makes me feel a little cheap! At this point I'm just rambling, but I've got a little history to give of myself. I've played countless MMOs since I was about 14, I'm 26 now (ugh, time flies). I'm an avid gamer, PC gaming is by far my favorite, but I do enjoy the occasional trip to my consoles and handhelds. I work and I'm trying to get into school for the spring semester, but not holding my breath. My main character's name in GW2 is Zakilm Hrul, he's a level 80 Norn Guardian, currently residing on Stormbluff Isle, but I've got nothing really tying me to this server aside from the fact that they are one of the best WvW guilds. I realize my introduction was long-winded and my thought process is splintered so if you have any questions please feel free to ask or send me a message in-game!
